This Privacy Policy explains how ZappyNest Games ("we", "us") handles information when you play Toy Unbuild (the "Game") on Android. We built the Game so it works without an account and without asking you for personal details.
🙅1. Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. The Game has no user accounts, chat or social features.
📱2. Information stored on your device
Your game progress (level, coins, lives, boosters, collected toys and settings such as sound and vibration) is saved only on your device. We do not upload it to our servers. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.
📺3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. To serve, measure and protect ads, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect:
- your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID);
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version);
- ad interactions (ads shown, taps, rewarded ads completed) and diagnostic data.
Where required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the Game asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy Choices inside the Game (when available in your region). You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads).

🪙4. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment card details. To deliver what you bought, the Game receives a purchase confirmation from Google Play (product ID, order ID and purchase token). The Game uses the Unity In-App Purchasing library by Unity Technologies, which processes this purchase information and may collect technical diagnostic data. See the Unity Privacy Policy.
⭐5. Ratings and reviews
The Game may show Google Play's in-app review card. Any rating or review you submit goes directly to Google Play under your Google account and is handled under Google's Privacy Policy.
🔧6. Device permissions
- Internet / network state – to load ads and process purchases.
- Vibrate – for haptic feedback (can be turned off in Settings).
- Advertising ID – used by Google AdMob as described above.
🤝7. How information is used and shared
Information collected by the services above is used to show and measure ads, prevent fraud, process purchases, fix crashes and improve the Game. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers named in this policy, or when required by law.
🧒8. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help delete it.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information. You can exercise these rights by using Settings › Privacy Choices in the Game, resetting your advertising ID, or contacting us. Because we do not hold an account or progress data on our servers, most information is controlled directly by Google and Unity under their policies linked above.

Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Data collected by Google and Unity is retained under their policies. To request deletion of any data related to you, email us at the address below.
🔒11. Security and international transfers
Our service providers use industry-standard safeguards. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, under appropriate legal protections.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
